" AT THE BEGINNING OF MY FIRST SUMMER OFF FROM COLLEGE, I HAD THREE MONTHS TO WORK ON ANYTHING THAT I WANTED. SO I DECIDED TO WORK ON MYSELF. I KNEW THAT EXCESSIVE WAS A MUST FOR MY SUMMER WEIGHT LOSS GOAL, BUT IN THE PAST DIETS HAVE ALWAYS CAUGHT ME IN A SNAG. EVERY FAD DIET HAS SO MUCH THOUGHT INVOLVED, ALL THESE THINGS  YOU CAN'T EAT, THE AMOUNTS OF FOOD VARYING BETWEEN ITEMS AND MEALS, AND THE CERTAIN TIMES THAT EATING JUST ISN'T AN OPTION. "TAKE SHAPE FOR LIFE" ALLOWS THE PERSON ON THE DIET TO NOT HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THEIR MEALS FOR THE DAY AS SOON AS THEY WAKE UP AND ALLOWS THE USER TO HAVE TO ONLY ACT ON WHAT THEIR GOAL IS. THE DIET QUICKLY BECOMES SECOND NATURE, IT TAKES OUT ALL THE STRESS OF REGULAR DIETING AND ALLOWS THE RESULTS TO BE THE ONLY THOUGHT ON YOUR MIND !!!!
